What you'll do:
  • Deliver hands‑on technical work aligned to defined scope, quality standards, and timelines
  • Operate independently on individual workstreams while collaborating effectively within a delivery team
  • Contribute technical expertise to solution design, implementation, migration, or engineering work
  • Support client workshops by preparing materials, providing subject matter insight, and documenting outcomes
  • Provide accurate estimates for their own work and highlight risks or blockers early
  • Work closely with Lead Consultants to ensure alignment to delivery plans and architecture direction
  • Share knowledge internally, contributing to community of practice sessions or brown bag content
  • Develop reusable components, documentation, or accelerators to support the practice
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as the Growth team when additional technical detail is required

Who are you?
You are a highly motivated Senior AWS Cloud Engineer who is driven to deliver the best work to your clients. You bring strong expertise in platform engineering on AWS and solid consulting experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation, CDK or Terraform.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray).
  • Exposure to AI-powered engineering tools like Amazon Q Developer or GitHub Copilot for automation.
  • Knowledge of AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock) for future-readiness is a plus.
  • Designed and implemented automated AWS infrastructure, including MAP Asses.
  • The ability to influence and have opinions about the tools being used and someone who is well versed dealing with customers and internal stakeholders and experience running workshops/ gathering data/ documentation
  • You must be a self-starter, with a growth mindset and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in Agile methodologies and DevOps culture with experience in organisational transformation
  • AWS Solution Architect Professional or Speciality a real plus but not essential to apply.
