Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Kentucky Licensure

Requires handling of average weights or objects up to 25 pounds with some sitting, standing, or walking.

Day shift; 3x 12-hour shifts per week from 7:30 am – 8:00 pm (36 hrs/wk); includes weekends and holidays

The LPN is a member of the multidisciplinary ambulatory team responsible for patient care, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. The LPN performs the duties they are trained in, such as starting IVs, performing simple wound dressings, and notifying the RN of any changes or abnormalities in the patient’s condition.

Organization, Coordination, Fast Pace Environment, Assertiveness, Clinical Knowledge, Computer Skills.

One or more years ambulatory clinical experience is preferred.
