This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to drive growth and strategic partnerships within the connected TV (CTV) and programmatic ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing premium CTV supply partnerships, collaborating closely with internal teams to optimize product offerings and expand market presence. The role requires a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to negotiate high-value deals with global streaming platforms and broadcasters. You will influence product strategy, provide market insights, and represent the organization at industry events. This position is ideal for a results-driven executive with a track record of building and maintaining enterprise-level partnerships while delivering measurable business impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Prospect, qualify, and close strategic CTV partnerships with premium streaming platforms, broadcasters, and app-based video publishers
- Expand CTV supply and implement go-to-market strategies across key international markets including Canada and LATAM
- Negotiate and structure commercial contracts for CTV supply, data partnerships, and regional/global deals
- Partner with Account Management to co-manage a portfolio of strategic CTV publishers, upselling products and advising on monetization, identity, AI, and privacy-first strategies
- Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap and innovation priorities
- Support buy-side teams in positioning CTV inventory and data to attract and activate new demand
- Represent the organization at industry events and provide thought leadership in the CTV ecosystem
Requirements:
- 10+ years of programmatic sales or business development experience within ad tech, streaming platforms, or publisher organizations
- Proven success exceeding quotas and managing enterprise-level CTV partnerships
- Established executive relationships with premium CTV and streaming publishers
- Deep knowledge of the CTV and programmatic advertising landscape
- Strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a builder mindset
- Experience in LATAM and Canada markets and Spanish language proficiency is a plus
- Direct CTV partnership experience strongly preferred
