This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships within a portfolio of existing mid-market accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying new opportunities while ensuring strong customer retention and satisfaction. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you’ll lead complex sales cycles and uncover expansion opportunities across multiple business units. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and expand within assigned accounts
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including introducing new solutions and services
- Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to deal closure within existing accounts
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to effectively position offerings and differentiate value
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting within CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention throughout the customer lifecycle
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience in SaaS or cloud-based solutions, ideally within contact center or related technologies
- Demonstrated success selling to mid-market organizations and engaging with C-level stakeholders
- Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles while maintaining transactional business
- Proven hunter mentality with strong closing skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High level of business acumen and professional presence
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and forecasting skills, with experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
