This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships within a portfolio of existing mid-market accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying new opportunities while ensuring strong customer retention and satisfaction. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you’ll lead complex sales cycles and uncover expansion opportunities across multiple business units. Working in a collaborative and high-energy environment, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. The role requires a proactive, results-driven mindset and a passion for building lasting client relationships. Accountabilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and expand within assigned accounts
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including introducing new solutions and services
  • Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to deal closure within existing accounts
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to effectively position offerings and differentiate value
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting within CRM systems
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention throughout the customer lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience in SaaS or cloud-based solutions, ideally within contact center or related technologies
  • Demonstrated success selling to mid-market organizations and engaging with C-level stakeholders
  • Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles while maintaining transactional business
  • Proven hunter mentality with strong closing skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • High level of business acumen and professional presence
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and forecasting skills, with experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments
