About This Position

Description: JOB SUMMARY:

LCO Financial Services II is seeking a qualified Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization’s consumer lending operations and manage the performance and growth of its lending portfolios. The CEO is responsible for overall company management, financial performance, and strategic direction in accordance with policies established by the Board of Directors.

ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP:

· Oversees the ongoing operations of all divisions in the company

· Implements strategic priorities established with and agreed to by the Board of Directors

· Leads an executive team to accomplish the company’s primary goals and objectives

· Promotes cross-functional communication and collaboration throughout the various departments of the business

· Maintains a strong organizational culture and professional work environment

LENDING OPERATIONS:

· Responsible for overall performance of the company’s consumer lending portfolios

· Ensures lending operations are efficient, compliant, and profitable

· Develops the annual budget through collaboration with executive team and presents to the Board of Directors for approval

· Monitors and reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company’s objectives and taking appropriate measures to achieve agreed upon objectives set forth by the Board of Directors

· Reports regularly to the Board of Directors on financial performance and key metrics

· Ensures the company is in compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

· Negotiates with vendors, investors, and other partners on behalf of the company

· Performs other related duties, as may arise during normal course of business or as defined by the Board of Directors.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

· Proven leadership and team-development skills to build and maintain a capable, cohesive executive leadership team.

· Superior financial and business acumen to enhance profitability and effectively report company performance to the Board of Directors.

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

· Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills to lead effectively within a rapidly changing industry environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Extensive professional experience in leadership roles

· Demonstrated success managing and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

· Experience in the banking, fintech, or consumer lending industry is preferred, but not required

· Must be proficient in computing skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

· A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related discipline is preferred

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

· Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Hayward, Wisconsin or the surrounding area

· Must be an enrolled member of the Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians.

· Travel to industry conferences, vendor locations, and any other relevant travel will be required as needed

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time
