Maintenance Personnel at Guardian Storage Development Inc – Bethel Park, Pennsylvania

This is a full-time role supporting multiple properties within our Pittsburgh market. The position will be based at our Bethel Park location two days per week, with flexibility to work at other Pittsburgh-area properties as needed, generally ranging within an area from Washington, PA to Seven Fields, PA and Irwin, PA.

Maintenance Job Duties include:

• Maintain GS property(s) for cleanliness and general housekeeping
• Landscaping: grass cutting, mulching, hedge trimming, snow removal etc.
• Ensure all equipment on property is in working condition
• Other duties as assigned

Maintenance Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of property maintenance experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work well with people
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to move throughout the property to which assigned and the ability to climb stairs
• Ability to life moderate to heavy objects (up to 100lbs)
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and willing to travel
