About This Position

Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A)
Starting Wage: $20.00/hour (Higher pay based on experience)

As a CNA, you –
  • Provide basic patient care under the direction of the nursing staff and perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom patients/residents and change linens
  • Move, transfer or transport patients/residents
  • Will primarily work with long-term, memory care, and rehab patients and residents in our SNF neighborhoods, with flexibility to assist in other areas of the nursing home as needed
  • Build long lasting relationships with residents and help provide them with social and emotional support

Education / Experience –
  • Completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant course or passing the State Nursing Assistant exam for Certification as well as the CNA listing on the State and Federal Registry required
  • Experience as a Nursing Assistant in a healthcare setting strongly preferred
  • Computer skills strongly preferred
  • Certified or willingness to obtain dementia care certification strongly preferred
