Wellness Nurse FT 8a-4:30p

GateWay at River City is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN) to join our Clinical Team. In this role, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while supporting residents' health, safety, and overall well-being. What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage medication orders and documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered, with accurate documentation
  • Coordinate care by completing admissions, assessments, transfers, and discharges
  • Follow up with service providers to ensure resident needs are met
  • Educate and support residents and families on care plans and health needs
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents and families
  • Support and oversee QMAs and CNAs, assisting with resident care as needed
What We're Looking For
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A current LPN license in good standing
  • Healthcare experience, preferably in senior living
  • Two or more years working with seniors is helpful
  • Strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach to care
