The Sr. Technical Account Manager will collaborate with institutional clients and internal teams to enhance API capabilities and deliver high-performing technical solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise combined with relationship management skills to ensure clients receive exceptional support and value from the platform. Accountabilities:
  • Gather and analyze technical requirements and API feedback from institutional clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate insights from customer interactions into product improvements and iteration plans for API services.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Utilize data analytics to understand client behavior and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and strategic partners to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve technical issues and improve platform performance.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical or solution-oriented role, preferably within trading platforms, financial technology, or API-driven systems.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, network endpoints, and technical integrations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex technical challenges.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Professional fluency in English; conversational Mandarin is a plus.
