We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, and enhance a cutting-edge Data Intelligence Platform that powers AI-driven product experiences. This role will collaborate closely with Data Science and Product Engineering teams to develop scalable data pipelines, agentic infrastructure, and AI capabilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, values high standards and accountability, and enjoys shaping both technical solutions and engineering culture. Accountabilities:- Develop and enhance the Data Intelligence Platform, including pipelines, tooling, and agentic infrastructure
- Collaborate with Data Science and Product Engineering to implement AI models and autonomous agentic applications
- Design and maintain scalable data platform features for ingestion, storage, validation, governance, and monitoring
- Implement best practices in software, data, and ML/AI engineering to elevate platform quality and performance
- Review code and architecture, contribute to documentation, and promote engineering standards
- Apply AI-assisted development tools effectively while ensuring code quality, security, and performance
- Participate in product planning, shaping vision, goals, and roadmap for platform capabilities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, and system design
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, Go, or Scala, plus SQL and relational/NoSQL database experience
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL pipelines, data modeling, enrichment, and governance
- Experience with cloud-native big-data environments and optimizing for cost and performance
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Django and experience or interest in MLOps, AI model development, or knowledge graphs
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across remote, cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with autonomous agents or agentic systems
- Exposure to DBT, Airflow, Snowflake, or similar technologies
- Background in HR tech, performance management, or people-focused software
