RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in overseeing daily production operations
- Support workflow delegation and coordination of production staff
- Monitor quality control processes and ensure standards are maintained
- Assist with production scheduling and task prioritization
- Support office-related production duties and documentation
- Coordinate shipping processes including UPS and FedEx systems
- Assist with traffic management and shipping logistics
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and tracking
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mechanical experience with light hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems related to production machinery
- Experience in textile, vinyl, or plastic film manufacturing preferred
- Sewing machine repair experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of shipping systems (UPS, FedEx)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with delegation and supervising workflow preferred
