- Oversee integrated functions including finance, business intelligence, risk management, compliance, contracting, quality, data infrastructure, and technology.
- Build and scale data-driven decision-making systems, leveraging analytics, forecasting models, and real-time reporting to support strategic planning.
- Drive enterprise risk management, shifting risk from compliance-focused activity to a strategic lever for growth and innovation.
- Lead modernization of financial and operational systems through digital transformation, AI integration, and advanced data infrastructure.
- Partner with the CEO and board of directors to communicate strategy, financial performance, and organizational priorities.
