You will partner directly with the CEO and executive team to shape long-term organizational direction while ensuring strong financial discipline and sustainable growth. The role integrates finance with business intelligence, risk, compliance, data infrastructure, and technology, positioning you as a key architect of enterprise-wide systems and decision-making frameworks. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving data-informed decisions that improve performance, equity, and access to care. This is a highly influential position focused on building scalable infrastructure, enabling innovation, and modernizing how the organization uses data and technology. It requires a leader who thrives in complexity and can translate vision into actionable systems that deliver measurable impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead enterprise financial strategy, planning, and operations, ensuring long-term sustainability, resource optimization, and value creation across the organization.
  • Oversee integrated functions including finance, business intelligence, risk management, compliance, contracting, quality, data infrastructure, and technology.
  • Build and scale data-driven decision-making systems, leveraging analytics, forecasting models, and real-time reporting to support strategic planning.
  • Drive enterprise risk management, shifting risk from compliance-focused activity to a strategic lever for growth and innovation.
  • Lead modernization of financial and operational systems through digital transformation, AI integration, and advanced data infrastructure.
  • Partner with the CEO and board of directors to communicate strategy, financial performance, and organizational priorities.
  • Optimize capital allocation and portfolio performance across business units to maximize impact and long-term value creation.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams focused on innovation, partnership, and continuous capability building.
  • Shape vendor strategy, outsourcing decisions, and organizational design to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Act as a change agent, driving transformation initiatives across financial and operational systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven executive leadership experience in finance, strategy, operations, or a closely related enterprise leadership role.
  • Strong background in managing complex, multi-functional portfolios that include finance, data, compliance, and technology.
  • Experience working with boards and executive leadership teams, including presenting complex strategic and financial topics.
  • Deep understanding of financial planning, value-based decision-making, and enterprise performance management.
  • Strong expertise in data-driven strategy, including predictive analytics, business intelligence, and real-time reporting systems.
  • Experience leading organizational transformation and scaling systems in fast-changing or mission-driven environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and comfort operating in ambiguity and complexity.
  • Demonstrated ability to build inclusive, high-performing teams and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience leveraging AI, digital tools, and emerging technologies to improve business outcomes is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas for diverse audiences.
Benefits:
  • Executive-level compensation package aligned with scope and impact of the role.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Remote-first flexibility with structured working hours and executive accessibility expectations.
  • Generous paid time off and family leave policies.
  • Opportunity to lead enterprise-wide transformation in a mission-driven, equity-focused organization.
  • Strong focus on innovation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled decision-making.
  • Inclusive, values-driven culture centered on equity, community impact, and wellbeing.
  • High-impact leadership role with direct influence on organizational strategy and social outcomes.
