Growth Account Executive

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Growth Account Executive in United States.

This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role focused on acquiring and closing complex SaaS deals within the mid-market segment. You will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and deal closure, targeting organizations with 50–300 employees. The role combines strategic hunting with consultative selling, requiring strong discovery skills and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders across technical and business functions. You will partner closely with Solutions Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored, value-based solutions that address customer needs. Operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will also contribute to shaping outbound best practices as the Growth segment scales. This is an opportunity to directly influence revenue growth while working with innovative digital experience solutions.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for driving new business growth through proactive outbound sales efforts and end-to-end deal execution across a defined SaaS market segment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline through account planning, prospecting, and targeted outreach.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial engagement through contract negotiation and close.
  • Conduct deep, consultative discovery to understand customer needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Engage and manage multi-threaded buying groups across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Position and communicate product value, vision, and differentiation to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate annual and multi-year SaaS contracts, focusing on $25K+ ACV opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize sales execution and onboarding.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable outbound sales strategies and best practices.
Requirements

This role requires strong SaaS sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles. Candidates should have:

  • 2+ years of experience closing complex SaaS deals with multi-stakeholder involvement.
  • Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline and execute full-cycle sales processes.
  • Strong track record of closing $25K+ ACV opportunities.
  • Experience conducting structured, consultative discovery across business and technical needs.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Interest in digital products, web technologies, or no-code platforms is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on testing, iteration, and performance improvement.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Curiosity and adaptability toward emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools.
