This role sits at the intersection of business operations, digital transformation, and enterprise application management within a global supply chain and digital technology environment. The position focuses on ensuring seamless integration, performance, and evolution of critical supply chain systems that support large-scale aerospace operations. You will act as a key connector between business stakeholders, technical teams, and architecture groups, translating operational needs into effective system solutions. The role involves driving application enhancements, supporting system migrations, and ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and compliance standards. It requires strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will contribute directly to improving efficiency, reliability, and scalability across enterprise supply chain platforms in a highly collaborative, international setting.
- Support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of supply chain applications such as supplier portals, Ariba, SAP, and related enterprise systems.
- Analyze business requirements, provide effort estimates, and contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of new or enhanced application capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to resolve application issues and ensure timely incident resolution.
- Support system and application migrations from legacy platforms to modern enterprise solutions.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and global trade regulations across all supported systems and processes.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of issues, solutions, and progress.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain and digital technology environments.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong background in supply chain systems, enterprise applications, or business integration roles.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as SAP and Ariba; familiarity with Oracle and SQL databases is a plus.
- Experience supporting application migrations, system integrations, or enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies; Scrum certifications or experience working in Agile teams is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work in cross-functional, global environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 15–20% as required.
