This role sits at the center of brand, creative, and marketing execution, responsible for turning ambitious ideas into high-impact, multi-channel campaigns. You will lead end-to-end production across film, video, photography, motion, audio, and 3D, ensuring every creative output is delivered with precision, consistency, and craft excellence. Acting as both strategist and operator, you will shape production frameworks early in the ideation process and ensure scalable workflows that enable faster and more efficient execution. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with creative, product, and growth teams, as well as external agencies and production partners. You will play a key role in balancing speed, cost, and creative quality while maintaining operational rigor. Operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, this role is essential to building the systems that bring large-scale campaigns to life at scale.
This role is responsible for leading integrated campaign production from concept to launch, ensuring creative ideas are executed efficiently, consistently, and at a high standard. It combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution across complex, multi-channel initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end production of integrated marketing campaigns, managing scope, timelines, resources, and delivery across multiple channels and formats.
- Partner with creative and marketing teams early in ideation to shape concepts that are both innovative and production-ready.
- Build and optimize scalable production workflows, review systems, and approval processes to improve speed, clarity, and execution quality.
- Oversee intake and prioritization across multiple teams, ensuring alignment between Creative, Brand, Product, and Growth stakeholders.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and production partners from briefing through final delivery, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements that strengthen long-term production capabilities.
- Balance trade-offs between speed, budget, and creative excellence while clearly communicating constraints and opportunities.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in creative production and campaign operations, with the ability to drive complex, multi-channel projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and creative quality.
- 6–8+ years of experience in creative production, integrated marketing, or campaign operations, with a strong track record of leading large-scale campaigns.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end production workflows across film, video, photography, motion, audio, and 3D.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives as an individual contributor, driving outcomes without formal authority.
- Strong operational and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex workflows simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Strong creative judgment and attention to detail, with an understanding of both execution quality and brand storytelling.
- Experience working with tools such as Asana, Figma, Google Workspace, and familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $126,000 to $175,000 USD
