This role is focused on supporting and maintaining a secure, stable, and efficient enterprise endpoint environment that enables seamless productivity across the organization. You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of both physical and virtual endpoints, ensuring systems remain compliant, secure, and up to date. The position involves hands-on technical work including imaging, patching, troubleshooting, and software deployment while also contributing to endpoint security and lifecycle management initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Service Desk teams, IT operations, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve user experience. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and centered on operational excellence and security best practices. This is a remote U.S.-based role with opportunities to work on enterprise-scale endpoint systems and infrastructure.
- Deploy software updates, security patches, and application packages using tools such as Microsoft Intune, Automox, or similar endpoint management platforms
- Install, configure, and maintain endpoint hardware and software to ensure consistent and secure system performance
- Develop, maintain, and deploy standardized operating system images for enterprise endpoints
- Monitor endpoint systems to ensure performance, availability, compliance, and security baseline adherence
- Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related incidents, providing timely support and root-cause analysis
- Support escalations from Service Desk teams and contribute to advanced technical issue resolution
- Maintain documentation including troubleshooting steps, system changes, and technical knowledge articles
- Assist in endpoint security enforcement, patch validation, and compliance audits
- Participate in system upgrades, application deployments, and endpoint lifecycle initiatives
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support system reliability and improvements
- Provide end-user support, training, and guidance on endpoint tools and best practices
- Support on-call responsibilities and assist during critical incidents or system outages when required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in endpoint administration, desktop support, or IT operations in an enterprise environment
- 5+ years of overall IT experience preferred
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience with endpoint imaging, patch management, and software deployment processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office suite administration
- Strong understanding of networking and security fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, authentication, firewalls)
- Experience using IT troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with ability to support users at all levels
- Strong organizational and time management abilities in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Physical ability to handle basic hardware setup and equipment as needed
- Competitive salary range between 90,000 USD and 110,000 USD annually
