This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling a global partner ecosystem that drives enterprise growth, customer success, and international expansion. You will define and operationalize the full partner lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to enablement, co-selling, and performance optimization. Working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, you will ensure partner programs are deeply embedded into the go-to-market strategy. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring both systems thinking and operational rigor. You will lead the transformation of existing partner infrastructure into a best-in-class, scalable global program. This is a highly visible position, directly influencing revenue growth and partner-driven outcomes across multiple regions and partner types.
AccountabilitiesIn this role, you will own the global design, execution, and optimization of a partner ecosystem that supports scalable revenue growth and operational excellence. You will be responsible for building structured, high-performing partner programs while ensuring alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Define and lead the end-to-end global partner strategy, including lifecycle design from recruitment to co-selling and expansion.
- Build and scale a multi-track partner program covering services, technology, data, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Design and evolve partner enablement, certification frameworks, and competency-based tiering models.
- Own the development and optimization of the partner portal, including deal registration, analytics, and automation capabilities.
- Establish incentive structures such as referral programs, MDF budgets, and performance-based partner rewards.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Revenue Operations to integrate partner-led growth into GTM strategy.
- Define and manage partner success metrics, including performance scorecards, implementation quality, and customer satisfaction indicators.
- Lead global partner communications, including events, newsletters, and enablement initiatives to strengthen engagement and alignment.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in partner ecosystem design and scaling within fast-paced SaaS or enterprise technology environments. You combine strategic thinking with strong operational execution and are comfortable influencing across complex organizations.
- 8+ years of experience in partner programs, alliances, or channel operations within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven success in building and scaling global partner ecosystems generating measurable revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of partner economics, financial modeling, and ecosystem-driven growth strategies.
- Experience working with RevOps and partner technology stacks (e.g., CRM systems, PRM platforms, analytics tools).
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a builder mindset.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with experience engaging senior leadership and external partners.
- Familiarity with enterprise software markets such as FP&A, EPM, or business intelligence is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
