We’re looking for a Central Communications Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the connection between our patients and clinical team, making sure every interaction is professional, compassionate, efficient, and memorable.
This is more than a call center role. You are the first impression, the calm voice, the organizer, the communicator, and sometimes the superhero our patients need.
What You’ll Do- Answer inbound calls and respond to patient emails with professionalism and positivity
- Schedule appointments and assist patients with requests
- Help educate patients on treatments, medications, and procedures
- Verify insurance and patient demographics
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate standing orders and information from clinical teams to patients
- Complete follow-up calls and support patient satisfaction efforts
- Collaborate with clinical and patient services teams to ensure seamless communication
- Create a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for every patient interaction
- You genuinely enjoy helping people
- You’re positive, dependable, and solution-oriented
- You can multitask without losing attention to detail
- You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- You work well under pressure and keep a calm demeanor
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- You believe teamwork matters
- 1–2 years of customer service or patient service experience required
- Medical office experience strongly preferred
- Experience with phone systems and EMR/EHR systems preferred
- Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Pay range: $19-27/hr
