This role sits at the intersection of advanced cardiac technology, clinical expertise, and field-based customer engagement. You will serve as a key specialist supporting electrophysiology (EP) mapping and navigation systems used in complex cardiac ablation procedures. Working closely with physicians, hospital staff, and sales teams, you will ensure safe and effective adoption of innovative medical technologies. The position combines hands-on clinical support, technical training, and strategic customer relationship management across a defined territory. You will operate in high-impact clinical environments such as EP labs and hospitals, contributing directly to improved patient outcomes. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel and strong autonomy within a fast-paced healthcare technology ecosystem.
In this role, you will act as a trusted clinical and technical expert, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of advanced cardiac mapping solutions across your territory:
- Provide clinical, technical, and procedural support for EP mapping and navigation systems during cardiac ablation procedures
- Train and educate physicians, hospital staff, and clinical teams on safe and effective use of CAS products and related technologies
- Support sales initiatives by partnering with account managers and regional teams to identify growth opportunities and drive market adoption
- Develop strong customer relationships and serve as a key point of contact for product support, troubleshooting, and ongoing engagement
- Collaborate with internal sales and clinical teams to coordinate training sessions, demonstrations, and procedural support activities
- Deliver field insights on competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
- Maintain high product knowledge and act as a regional expert and advocate for mapping technology adoption
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and procedural best practices
The ideal candidate combines deep clinical experience in electrophysiology with strong communication and customer-facing skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, life sciences, cardiovascular studies, or related technical field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive experience in cardiac mapping, EP lab environments, catheter ablation, or related clinical support roles
- Proven background in technical training, clinical education, or medical device support in hospital or healthcare settings
- Strong understanding of electrophysiology procedures and cardiac ablation workflows
- Ability to build trusted relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently in the field
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 25–75%) and work within assigned territory daily
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet travel and mobility requirements
- Annual base salary range: $145,000 – $155,000 (USD)
