Established in 2016, Blush Aesthetics brings nearly a decade of clinical experience to the Toledo community and beyond. Our founder serves as a National Sciton Trainer, educating other providers across the country on advanced laser technology and treatment protocols.

Supported by a team of 8 licensed nurse practitioners and registered nurses, Blush combines medical oversight, ongoing professional training, and industry-leading technology to deliver safe, customized, and results-focused aesthetic care.




The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for delivering a welcoming, organized, and high-touch patient experience from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up. This role combines patient communication, administrative coordination, and front-office support to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional patient care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Delivered a polished, concierge-style patient experience by managing appointments, answering inquiries, and providing attentive support from initial consultation through post-treatment follow-up.
  • Guided patients through customized care plans, pricing options, consent documentation, and membership education to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Supported aesthetic treatments by preparing post-care materials, assisting with lip filler numbing, capturing VISIA imaging, and recommending professional skincare products tailored to patient needs.
  • Maintained a pristine, elevated front-office environment by overseeing cleanliness, presentation, inventory organization, and day-to-day operational readiness.
  • Partnered with leadership to proactively address office needs and enhance workflow, service standards, and the overall patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Medspa, hospitality or retail experience preferably gained within a high end or luxury market.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing appointments, patient records, follow-up communication, and front-office operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and patient education is a plus.


Work Schedule:

This is a full time on-site role, averaging between 24-36 hours per week.
