SVT has been around for over 20 years, and has been an established company in southern Utah for over a decade - winning awards for its manufacturing of high-quality technology!

Soundvision Technologies and Alta Labs are looking for an entry level Technical Support Representative who boasts a baseline knowledge of wireless, wired, and VPN networking technologies. Although a local candidate is preferred, this position also supports remote work.

Minimum Skills Required:

• Understanding of layers 1-4 of the OSI model
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies
• Basic knowledge of wired networking (switching, basic routing)
• Understanding of VPN technologies
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Additional Qualifications:

• Have set up and/or maintained a network consisting of at least 200 client devices both wired and wireless
• Advanced knowledge of WiFi technologies
• Advanced knowledge of wired networking technologies
• Experience working for a smaller company environment
• Basic understanding of VLANs
• Strong team collaboration abilities

Minimum Education:
High School Diploma
