Ace Pro Roofing is seeking motivated, results-driven Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. • Generate new residential roofing sales in Broward and Miami-Dade counties
• Conduct roof inspections, including climbing ladders and assessing roof conditions
• Meet with homeowners to evaluate needs and provide roofing solutions
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Follow up with prospects and close sales
• Maintain accurate records using basic technology tools (email, CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Manage your own schedule and pipeline to maximize results

• Sales experience preferred (roofing or construction industry a plus)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to earn high commissions
• Ability to safely climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Basic proficiency with computers, email, smartphones, and estimating tools
• Reliable transportation and professional demeanor
