About This Position

Position Summary: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for executing high-volume, multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns on behalf of assigned client accounts. This role drives top-of-funnel pipeline development through strategic phone outreach, professional email communication, and digital correspondence. The SDR identifies decision-makers, uncovers business needs, and schedules qualified meetings directly for clients while maintaining accurate CRM documentation and achieving defined performance metrics.

  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
    • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting efforts (160+ activities per day) across multiple channels, including phone calls, personalized email campaigns, and live chat, on behalf of assigned client accounts.
    • Develop and deliver clear, compelling, and consultative messaging aligned with each client’s products, services, and target markets.
    • Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects via phone and email to nurture engagement and advance opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification & Client Handoff
    • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on client-defined criteria.
    • Identify and engage decision-makers and key influencers within target organizations.
    • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business needs, challenges, timelines, and buying authority.
    • Schedule qualified meetings or appointments directly for clients.
    • Ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities with detailed and accurate CRM documentation.
  • CRM & Data Management
    • Accurately document all prospect interactions, qualification details, and next steps in designated CRM systems (including Salesforce or other client-specific platforms).
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate contact records, account notes, and market intelligence.
    • Effectively manage lead queues, task lists, and outreach cadences within CRM systems.
  • Account Representation & Performance
    • Represent multiple client industries, products, and services with professionalism and accuracy.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly activity, engagement, and qualified opportunity targets as defined by each client account.
    • Adapt to varying campaign criteria, messaging strategies, and performance metrics across assigned accounts.
    • Accept and implement feedback from both internal leadership and external client stakeholders.
  • Communication & Professional Conduct
    • Provide clear and professional written and verbal reporting of activity and results to internal management and clients as required.
    • Demonstrate strong written communication skills, including professional email drafting and messaging strategy.
    • Ensure all external and internal communications are professional, courteous, and aligned with Concept Services, Ltd. standards and client guidelines.
    • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency
    • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, CRM systems, and internet research tools.
    • Quickly gain proficiency in various client CRM systems and prospecting technologies as required.

Decision Making Authority: The Sales Development Representative does not have authority to commit company funds or provide pricing quotations on behalf of Concept Services, Ltd. or its clients.

Professionalism & Integrity: The SDR is expected to professionally represent Concept Services, Ltd. and its clients at all times, demonstrating sound judgment, ethical conduct, professional appearance, and accountability.

Sales Responsibilities: This role is responsible for sales development and pipeline generation activities on behalf of client accounts. The SDR does not close business or carry a direct revenue quota.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales development, business development, inside sales, lead generation, or a similar outbound prospecting role required.
  • Demonstrated experience with high-volume outbound calling and professional email outreach.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Hubspot or comparable CRM platform preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while maintaining quality engagement standards.

Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
