Accountabilities

Mediation with clients via email and phone.
Monitoring deadlines for protocols and agreement payments.
Data entry into spreadsheets and systems.
Generating reports for analysis.
Providing administrative support to legal teams.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Technical degree in Administration (completed or in progress) is a plus.
Studying law or a law degree without OAB (advantageous).
Desired previous experience in administrative routines and back-office support.
Familiarity with customer service and email writing.
Basic to intermediate English skills.
Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge (including filters, validation, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables).
