Senior Medical Director - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Medical Director - REMOTE. In this role, you will serve as a crucial clinical liaison for partner providers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Your efforts will focus on building long-lasting relationships and addressing provider concerns while promoting the adoption of innovative clinical programs. You will engage with healthcare professionals to maintain a high standard of care, understand clinical workflows, and drive necessary changes in a fast-paced environment, ultimately improving patient outcomes.
Accountabilities- Act as the lead clinical liaison for partner providers across multiple regions
- Collaborate with Provider Relations Managers on clinic visits and ongoing relationship management
- Advocate for the clinical value of care models and address provider inquiries
- Support onboarding and training for new clinics, ensuring alignment and confidence
- Resolve provider complaints with empathy and thorough follow-up
- Provide field insights to internal teams to inform service improvements
- Stay updated on regulatory standards to ensure compliant, high-quality care
- Advanced clinical degree (MD, DO, or NP); MD/DO preferred
- 5+ years of clinical experience in primary care or related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with provider-facing programs within health systems or tech platforms
- Familiarity with digital health frameworks and Medicare billing
- Proficiency in clinical informatics and data interpretation
- Willingness to travel frequently (23 days/week) near a major airport
