Role: Maintenance Supervisor
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
On-Call: 1 week every 3 weeks
Pay: $24 $26/hr (DOE) + On-Call + Quarterly Bonus

Location: Eastgate 632 S Eastern St, Wichita, KS

Competitive Pay: $24$26/hr DOE
Quarterly Bonus: Up to $1,000
$100 On-Call Bonus
Performance-Based Raises: Up to 5% annually

HVAC & Ventilation Tasks
Grounds Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance
Keep work areas neat and organized
Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation

3+ years of general maintenance experience
HVAC Certification (Required)
EPA License (Preferred)
CPO Certification (Preferred)
Skilled in:

A hands-on skill test will be required during the interview.
