Human Resources Generalist at Evers Companies LLC – Houston, Texas

We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to lead HR strategy, daily operations, and employee relations across multiple locations (Primrose Schools and Drybar). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys both strategic work and hands-on execution, and can confidently partner with leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead HR operations and guide HR staff performance
• Manage Tex Health Program to include audits
• Manage complex employee relations, investigations, and terminations
• Oversees administration of Workers Comp and TWC
• Oversee recruiting for managerial/professional roles; join leadership interviews
• Develop training, performance evaluation, and employee development programs
• Analyze compensation trends and recommend competitive pay/benefits
• Ensure compliance with employment laws; update policies and procedures
• Support payroll processing and bonus compilation
• Build and maintain HR metrics (turnover, satisfaction, staffing trends)
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and succession planning
• May oversee or delegate company-wide events
• Utilize HRIS, talent management, and regulatory systems

• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years in HR management or senior HR generalist role
• SHRM certification highly desired
• Multi-location experience a plus
• Strong communication, judgment, and employee relations expertise
