Marketing Manager - REMOTE
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will oversee project execution and ensure delivery standards within a defined Line of Business. This position requires strong leadership skills as you guide Project Managers in maintaining accountability, consistency, and excellence in delivery. You will work closely with various teams to align project scopes and resource management, ultimately driving success and sustainable growth. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you reinforce best practices and continuously improve workflows.
Accountabilities- Oversee active project portfolio within assigned Line of Business.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope.
- Monitor project health indicators and proactively mitigate risks.
- Manage and develop Project Managers within the Line of Business.
- Provide coaching on timeline management and scope control.
- Conduct performance reviews and development planning.
- Reinforce accountability and consistent execution standards.
- Ensure adoption of PMO standards, tools, and documentation practices.
- Audit project plans for compliance and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement of execution workflows.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to align scope and delivery plans.
- Support Project Managers in complex client or scope challenges.
- 610+ years in project management within a services or agency environment.
- 2+ years managing or mentoring project managers.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and governance frameworks.
- Experience with task-based systems (e.g., Teamwork, Asana, Monday, etc.).
- Strong risk management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
