Customer Service Representative at Fargo Park District – Fargo, North Dakota

The Customer Service Representative will provide a sunny smile to greet guests visiting the Fargo Parks Sports Center. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting patrons with questions about the facility, directions, and space availability. This position will take ownership in ensuring that customers’ needs are met, reservation spaces are prepared, and that proper procedures are followed. Applicants for this position should be prepared to run point of sale systems, direct phone calls, and communicate effectively with patrons. This position will also be responsible for assisting with changeovers for birthday parties, monitoring the indoor playground, and maintaining the flow of pickleball reservations and open play times.

Applicants must be 18 years of age.

Customer service experience preferred.

Evening, weekend and weekday hours with flexibility for early mornings and/or late nights.
