Power Plumbing is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional dispatcher to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, scheduling appointments, supporting the office team, and the field team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in person and over the phone.
• Schedule service calls and appointments accurately.
• Maintain customer records and update ServiceTitan CRM systems.
• Assist with office administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
