Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-driven Senior Account Executive to join our expanding Financial Lines team, with knowledge within Directors and Officers, Employment Practices Liability, and Cyber Liability insurance. You will be responsible for providing exceptional client service within your book of business, as well as assisting in all aspects of client renewal. Your team and leader will partner with you to design and implement all current and prospective client insurance programs, delivering the utmost commitment to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for your portfolio of financial lines clients, providing expert counseling on insurance coverage, risk management, and policy renewals within a 120-day timeframe
- Assess your clients' service and marketing needs, including gathering and developing underwriting information and submissions (exposure basis, complete renewal applications, corresponding coverage needs, etc.), comparing and analyzing quotes, and negotiating policy terms and conditions
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistent ongoing support, and proactive guidance
- Collaboration with internal team, including Account Managers, Underwriters, and leadership, to customize the best insurance solutions suitable for each client's unique circumstance
- Demonstrate client support through a thorough explanation of their policies, the claims process, and general risk management strategies
- Initiate policy reviews, risk assessments, and coverage gap analyses to identify constructive opportunities for additional protection
- Maintain upkeep on the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and potential emerging risks to provide clients with the best advice and knowledgeable recommendations
- Ensure timely and accurate policy documentation processing, endorsements, certificates, and other pertinent client requests
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5-7+ years of experience within financial lines insurance within a brokerage setting
- Thorough knowledge of financial lines insurance products, including property, casualty, workers' compensation, general liability, and specialty coverages
- Impeccable ability to manage multiple client accounts with precision and detail
- Dynamic understanding of risk management principles and insurance market terms
- Knowledge within Directors and Officers, Employment Practices Liability, and Cyber Liability insurance
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary
- Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require

Compensation is based on job responsibilities, relevant experience, skills, education, and location. Individual pay is determined by market data, internal equity, and performance. The stated pay range may be adjusted based on business needs and market conditions.
