Job Summary
Allia Health Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist that thrives in fast paced environments to apply their passion in connecting talent to career opportunities. As a team member of the Global Talent Acquisition team you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of our organization and your efforts will contribute to building a diverse and high-performing team that aligns with our company values and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on talent strategy, and translate business needs into compelling, market-ready job descriptions optimized for job postings and targeted niche platforms

  • Build and maintain a robust, high-quality talent pipeline to meet current & future hiring demands under tight time constraints

  • Develop deep knowledge of assigned business units to anticipate workforce needs and deliver tailored recruiting solutions by designing & executing proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber, diverse talent using a mix of job postings, internet and database mining, social media, internal talent pools, employee referrals, networking, cold outreach, competitor research, and career events

  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of candidate interactions and hiring processes in our applicant tracking system

  • Efficiently schedule & conduct a high volume of candidate interviews to assess qualifications, interest level, availability, compensation expectations, and overall alignment with the role requirements using various communication methods (phone, email, text, recruiting platforms, etc.)

  • Track, analyze, and meet recruitment targets and KPIs

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, labor agreements, and all applicable state & federal employment laws in which the business operates in

  • Generate recruiting metrics and hiring activity reports to support business

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Progressive experience in recruiting with a strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems & recruitment best practices

Preferred

  • Experience in ADP Workforce Now Recruitment

  • Familiarity with the wellness healthcare industry

  • Certification in HR or Recruiting (i.e. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written & verbal communication with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools

  • Data-driven approach to talent acquisition

  • Ability to maintain professional composure in all situations

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk and working on a computer

  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, or via virtual meeting

  • Ability to maintain focus in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms, such as typing
