You will lead the development of budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams and executives to provide actionable insights. Accountabilities:

Develop and maintain financial budgets, forecasts, and models for assigned business units.
Analyze financial statements, key metrics, and business performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and advisory guidance.
Lead complex financial analysis projects and ad hoc reporting requests.
Collaborate on process improvements within the FP&A function to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Prepare clear, data-driven presentations for executive and business stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior Financial Analysts to build team capability and expertise.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience at a senior financial or analytical role; 4+ years in FP&A preferred.
Experience supporting operations, service costs, or call center metrics is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in NetSuite, Excel (including advanced formulas and pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
Ability to visualize financial data effectively using charts, graphs, and other reporting tools.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
