As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, supporting decision-making, and ensuring operational efficiency across the organization. You will lead the development of budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams and executives to provide actionable insights. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, the ability to translate complex financial data into clear recommendations, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. You will also mentor junior analysts, streamline reporting processes, and contribute to initiatives that enhance financial planning accuracy and impact. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, your efforts will directly influence organizational performance and strategic direction.
Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial budgets, forecasts, and models for assigned business units.
  • Analyze financial statements, key metrics, and business performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support strategic initiatives with financial analysis and advisory guidance.
  • Lead complex financial analysis projects and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Collaborate on process improvements within the FP&A function to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare clear, data-driven presentations for executive and business stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior Financial Analysts to build team capability and expertise.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at a senior financial or analytical role; 4+ years in FP&A preferred.
  • Experience supporting operations, service costs, or call center metrics is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Excel (including advanced formulas and pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to visualize financial data effectively using charts, graphs, and other reporting tools.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
