LPN - Full time Night Shift -Sign on Bonus $5,500 Saginaw at Optalis Healthcare – Saginaw, Michigan

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time night shift basis at our Saginaw location. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assist with treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols during the night shift.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and document accordingly.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies during the night shift.

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.

This position is based at our facility located at 915 N. River Rd., Saginaw, MI. The role requires working overnight hours in a fast-paced healthcare environment, providing care to a diverse patient population.
