Accountabilities:
  • Direct all aspects of global consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and integration across international subsidiaries.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and coordinate with local teams on IFRS and other local accounting requirements.
  • Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership by analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing data-driven recommendations for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Lead external audit processes, regulatory filings, and tax accounting, including global transfer pricing management.
  • Optimize monthly and quarterly close cycles, leveraging existing tools and implementing AI-driven automation to improve speed and accuracy.
  • Design, monitor, and enforce internal controls to protect global assets and maintain organizational integrity.
  • Prepare the organization for M&A or capital market events through audit-ready processes and technical integration of new entities.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance and accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of senior accounting or finance leadership experience, preferably in multi-entity global organizations.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA preferred.
  • Proven expertise in consolidations, audits, transfer pricing, financial controls, and international compliance (US GAAP, IFRS, local GAAPs).
  • Experience with SaaS or subscription-based revenue recognition and reporting.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills, with the ability to align finance with broader business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with executives, auditors, banking partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, FloQast, Salesforce, and experience leveraging AI for financial process optimization is a plus.
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote with flexible EST working hours; hybrid options available near Cleveland, OH or Atlanta, GA offices.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive global benefits including healthcare, wellness resources, and retirement savings programs.
  • Generous paid parental leave, vacation, and time-off policies.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, cross-functional collaboration, and participation in talent development programs.
  • Inclusive and diverse work environment, with initiatives supporting DEIB, volunteering, and employee well-being.
  • Culture emphasizing trust, customer focus, innovation, agility, respect, and teamwork.
