Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly data refreshes for existing Power BI dashboards and Alteryx workflows
• Support data analysis efforts by pulling, cleaning, and validating data from various data sources as needed (Tableau, Oracle ERP, etc.)
• Participate in meetings to learn requirement gathering and stakeholder communication techniques
• Collaborate with members of IFS Accounting team to gather requirements on upcoming projects
• Assist with building new dashboards in Power BI
• Assist with building new workflows in Alteryx
• Monitor Intake Request forms submitted by IFS Accounting Team to confirm all required data is present and communicate with requestor to gather missing intake data if necessary
• Create step by step process documentation for all completed solutions
• Provide support to IFS Accounting team for any ad hoc data requests
• Follow established data governance, documentation, and quality standards while learning best practices

Qualifications

• Currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Sales or a related field.
• 3.0 GPA and above;
• Students expected to graduate May 2027;
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing school, work, and personal
• Students entering their junior year through graduate school are eligible
