Responsibilities:

Prepare, clean, and mask parts for powder coating
Operate and maintain powder coating equipment
Mix, match, and apply powder coatings per specified colors and finishes
Inspect and ensure quality control of coated parts
Troubleshoot and resolve coating issues
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Coordinate with team members to meet production deadlines
Adhere to company policies and safety procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 0-1 year of experience in powder coating, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and tools
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
