Supply Chain Planner at Salvo Technologies Inc – Largo, Florida

The role of Supply chain planner is to coordinate the initial engineering of the job with the inventory movements and requirements of the manufacturing process to ensure and enable the purchasing and scheduling of the item.

· Go through PRR to review the BOM

· Distinguish purchased items and manufactured items

· Create the part numbers accordingly in MISys with costs and suppliers (if applicable)

· Create BOM in MISys

· Notify Sales of the project for order entry

· Work with Manufacturing teams to issue work orders so team can produce items while accurately tracking inventory

· Monitor Inventory levels of specific manufactured items and communicate with team when items are needed to be purchased and manufactured

· Work with shipping to supply packing slips when items are ready to ship

Additional distribution is included for our Spectrecology side, as well as coordinating with Sales and Finance to make sure our invoicing is correct in concurrence with our own data and inventory.
