Concrete Foreman at SST Direct – Beloit, Wisconsin

DIRECT HIRE: Seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join a dynamic team as a Concrete Foreman in the Beloit, WI. area.

Salary: $40hr - $45hr (weekly paid)
Base hours: M - F, 6am - 4pm

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to perform accurate concrete layout, formwork setup, and site preparation
• Perform job layout for foundations, footings, slabs, and flatwork using measuring tools, lasers, levels, and surveying equipment to ensure proper elevations and dimensions
• Direct and supervise concrete crews, assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality workmanship on commercial and industrial concrete projects
• Coordinate forming, rebar placement, embeds, anchor bolts, and pour sequencing to meet project schedules and structural requirements
• Oversee concrete placement, screeding, finishing, curing, and joint cutting to ensure surfaces meet project specifications and quality standards
• Communicate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, and subcontractors to resolve layout issues and maintain workflow
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company safety policies while enforcing safe work practices on-site
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and conformance to plans, and correct deficiencies as needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization to support efficient operations
• Train and mentor crew members on layout techniques, forming methods, and safety procedures to improve crew performance and productivity

Required Skills/Experience:

Minimum 5 years' overall Concrete forming experience (Commercial and Industrial)
Minimum 1 year Concrete Foreman experience (Commercial and Industrial)
Ability to work outdoors constantly
Ability to travel in and around the Beloit, WI. area
No issues with occasional overnight stays
