Position Summary

The Brand Ambassador personifies the company and serves as the ultimate customer service tool. In simple words: you are what fills the gap between those that put products on the shelf and the person who purchases it. Someone in this position acts as the face of the company as they are expected to engage within the community at marketing related events.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrates products in order to increase brand awareness, generate new customers, and introduce new varieties to existing consumers.
• Attend community events to create a connection with consumers.
• Drive and assist in operating the “Grilled Cheese Machine” at events with co-workers, which includes preparing grilled cheese sandwiches for giveaways.
• Provide coupons to increase sales.
• Increase the sales of a specific item through product “give aways”.
• Keep track of inventory, provide feedback, comments, and complaints on products to supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Adherence to the Company’s Core Values.

Preferred Education/Experience

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission van.
• Valid current State Driver’s License
• Obtain Food Worker Card upon hire

Critical Skills & Expertise

• Must have excellent communication skills and relate well to others.
• Must have an energetic and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical, and be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a good knowledge of social networking and their newest features.
• Must have a positive safe work ethic and be reliable.
• Knowledge in order to perform basic math calculations, prepare reports, keep records.
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday are required and other days of the week are flexible.
• Be self-motivated and have the ability to act independently.
