Remote Experience Designer

In this role, you will have a significant impact on shaping the user experience for the flagship app, which serves millions globally. Your expertise in product design will help guide the creative direction of complex projects while leading innovation in our design practices. Accountabilities- Set and elevate the design vision across key product areas.
- Lead the design of complex, ambiguous problem spaces.
- Create visually rich, forward-thinking designs.
- Shape and evolve the design system and visual language.
- Partner with product and engineering to influence strategy.

- Mentor and support other designers.
- Champion high standards of craft and user experience.
- Use customer insights and data to inform design decisions.

- 7+ years of experience in product design, particularly in mobile apps.
- Proven ability to lead design direction for complex areas.
- Strong UX and visual design skills.
- Advanced prototyping skills.
- Experience influencing product strategy at team or organizational level.
- Strong systems thinking and design systems experience.
- Mentoring capability to elevate other designers.
- Data-informed mindset balancing user needs and business goals.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles.
