Remote Creative Designer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping visual storytelling for our partner's digital presence. Your expertise will not only influence the aesthetic but also the strategic impact of the content designed for various social media platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce innovative, platform-native graphics and videos that align with the companys mission to empower healthcare consumers. This is a hands-on position, ideal for a creative professional with a proactive mindset to drive engagement and brand consistency. Your contributions will significantly enhance the visibility and reach of the projects, making a direct impact on the organizations overall goals.
Accountabilities
  • Design and produce graphics for organic social media channels and creative assets
  • Edit social-first video including visual treatments optimized for each platform
  • Develop and evolve platform-native creative formats
  • Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to translate social strategy into visual content
  • Partner with the Creative Director to ensure all creative assets align with brand standards
  • Own day-to-day creative execution for social media and leadership moments
  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements based on current best practices
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Design visuals that support thought leadership and strategic storytelling
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing
  • Portfolio should include social-first, platform native work and examples of executive-facing design
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Experience creating platform-native content for channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative execution
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency and compliance standards
  • Demonstrated ability to design for attention in fast-moving social feeds
  • Strong creative judgment with the ability to articulate design decisions
  • Experience developing repeatable content series or visual systems
