Job Description
Responsibilities
The Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Department at Norton Healthcare is seeking experienced leaders to guide a long-standing professional education program that serves patients, employees, and members of the community. The CPE leadership team is administratively responsible for employed chaplain residents, senior residents, and chaplain interns. Norton Healthcare provides Clinical Pastoral Education that trains seminarians, clergy, and other helping professionals in the practice of pastoral care in compliance with ACPE standards especially as related to the accreditation cycle.
The leadership team works collaboratively to ensure the following goals are met:
Members of the CPE Leadership Team function as a part of Norton Healthcare's Pastoral Care Leadership Team in joint decision making and executing the mission, vision and values of the department and CPE program.
These positions are eligible for a relocation package

- Relationships are developed with seminaries and the community that aid in recruitment of quality CPE interns and residents
