Job Title: Personal Care Assistant – Female Caregiver
Pay: $18/hour
Location: Cynthiana, KY
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday to Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm) 35 hours total

Position Summary
We’re seeking a Life Enrichment Specialist to support a client in home. The ideal candidate will bring a positive spirit, empathy, and strength to their work—someone who is both capable and caring, with the energy to keep up with a talkative, outgoing client who appreciates authenticity and humor.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide assistance with daily activities and mobility support (client uses a cane and walker).
• Offer compassionate companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Drive the client to appointments, errands, and community outings.
• Maintain a clean and organized home environment (cleaning skills required).
• Support client with personal care and medication reminders.
• Care for the client’s beloved cat as part of daily household duties.

About the Client
The client is talkative, friendly, and outgoing, and enjoys being around easy-going, genuine people. Client needs someone dependable, helpful, and assertive enough to keep on routine. Client has several medical conditions and requires daily assistance but is highly social and enjoys regular conversation. There is one cat in the home, and the client is a smoker (approximately one pack per day).

Qualifications
• Experienced female
• Compassionate, patient, and able to provide respectful, individualized care
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Experience with cleaning, errands, and household management
• Ability to communicate clearly and kindly in a supportive way
• Must be comfortable in a home with cats and cigarette smoke
