About This Position
Position Overview:
The Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the client and our team, ensuring that project requirements and specifications are accurately identified and executed. This role involves organizing and managing projects, supporting teammates, and maintaining high standards of quality and communication throughout all stages of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients to clarify project requirements and specifications.
Administer, organize, and oversee project activities, supporting team members as needed.
Create preliminary estimates for project scope and resources.
Monitor project progress to ensure client requirements are consistently met.
Review and validate initial field documentation for accuracy.
Coordinate daily job files, including status tracking, audits, and work-in-progress updates.
Prepare detailed job file reports.
Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and auditing processes.
Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
