JMA is looking for a full time, RN Clinical Team Lead at our Raleigh location. With a flexible schedule and competitive salary, full time benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD insurance, 401(k), The Clinical Team Lead is responsible for: Timely and efficient patient care, including monitoring of clinic/provider schedules for effective workflow; Multitasking of duties while making critical clinical decisions to help facilitate the needs in clinic; Assist with training of new staff members and provide feedback as needed; Assures compliance of all office and clinical policies and procedures; Provides intermittent audits of clinical processes and promotes staff development and training; Supports the Clinical Manager and Nursing Supervisor Qualifications: * Must possess an active Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of North Carolina. * Must have current CPR, BLS certification. * Clinical Leadership and Supervisory experience. * Nursing experience. *Pediatrics experience a plus!
