Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our car dealership. This role is responsible for general facility repairs, outdoor maintenance, and ensuring the property remains safe, clean, and presentable year-round.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on dealership buildings, equipment, and fixtures
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed
• Maintain dealership grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and seasonal landscaping
• Perform snow removal duties, including plowing, shoveling, and applying salt during winter months
• Ensure parking lots, walkways, and service areas are clean, safe, and accessible
• Assist with setup and maintenance of dealership displays and signage
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs

Work Environment:

• Combination of indoor and outdoor work
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, especially during snow removal and landscaping seasons

Schedule:

• Full-time position with occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed (especially during winter weather)
