This role is a leadership position for an experienced engineer eager to guide and grow a full-stack web development team while shaping the technical roadmap of enterprise-grade applications. The Engineering Manager will oversee the design, development, and delivery of web and mobile management solutions, ensuring scalable architecture and high-quality code. This role blends technical leadership with people management, providing mentorship, promoting best practices, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet product goals. Accountabilities:

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack and mobile developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance
Define, communicate, and execute the technical vision and roadmap for web and mobile solutions within the team
Partner with Product Management to ensure delivery aligns with customer value and organizational priorities
Guide architectural decisions, code quality, and development best practices across multiple tech stacks (JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue, Node.js, Express, Android frameworks)
Drive continuous process improvement, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and software engineering standards
Build strong cross-functional relationships to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and support enterprise-wide objectives
Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and educational content for team and organization

Requirements:

1+ year managing full-stack and/or mobile engineering teams
5+ years of experience as a full-stack or mobile software engineer
Strong expertise with web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue, Node.js, Express) and/or modern Android frameworks (Kotlin, MVVM, Dependency Injection, Coroutines, Flows)
Experience designing and maintaining APIs (REST) in production environments
Familiarity with software development best practices, microservices, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor, influence, and collaborate effectively
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
Experience with mobile device management (MDM) or mobile app management (MAM) is a plus
Remote or hybrid work experience and ability to work across multiple time zones
