In this role, you will take ownership of crafting exceptional user experiences across innovative digital products in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You’ll lead end-to-end design initiatives, transforming complex ideas into intuitive and engaging interfaces that drive user satisfaction and business impact. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape product direction through user-centered thinking and data-driven insights. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the full UX/UI design process for key product areas, from initial concept through launch and iteration
  • Translate product goals and user needs into intuitive, visually compelling, and high-performing interfaces
  • Own and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and strong brand alignment
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver feasible and impactful solutions
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and contribute to overall product strategy
  • Mentor junior designers and actively contribute to a collaborative and high-performing design culture
  • Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance standards are embedded in all design outputs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first, end-to-end product design
  • Deep understanding of mobile UX best practices, interaction patterns, and user behavior across iOS and Android
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent
  • Experience in gaming, social platforms, or similar interactive environments is highly valued
  • Strong ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams within fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
