You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring clients achieve maximum value from their investments. As a Relationship Manager, you will:
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of strategic client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating support and ensuring seamless execution of projects.
- Drive growth through multi-year renewals, upselling, and cross-selling solutions aligned with clients’ evolving business goals.
- Educate clients on relevant products and services, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including consulting, client success, product, and operations teams, to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, presenting insights and best practices to senior executives.
- Negotiate complex contracts and manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue tracking to meet sales targets.
Ideal candidates will have:
- BS/BA or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or client management within financial services, data, or software sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex, mature, and growing strategic client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of data and analytics solutions and the broader financial services ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and growth targets.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
